We offer three access options for your event photo site so you can have the level of security and access control that is appropriate for your event.   Public Access Public access photo sites can be viewed by anyone on the web. When they are published live they are listed by date and event name on our site index page. Public sites are the most common access option because they make it very easy for your guests to find and enjoy the photos from your event.     Semi-private Access Semi-private access is designed to enable you to offer access to your event photo site by sending a link or telling people the web address/URL. This level of site access is not listed on our site index page.     Private Access This level of access is designed to help you ensure only people you authorize to see your site are able to view it. This level of site access is not listed on our site index page. You can enable access by sending a link or telling people the web address/URL, username and password.
